MDEF 2014

The 8th Workshop MDEF (Modelli Dinamici in Economia e Finanza-Dynamic Models in Economics and Finance) will be held in Urbino from 18 to 20 of September 2014. Like in the previous MDEFs, the official language of the workshop is English. The workshop program will start on the morning of Thursday 18, and will end at lunch time of Saturday 20.
The conferences of the workshop will be given at  Palazzo Battiferri,  where the School of Economics of the University of Urbino is located, in the centre of the Renaissance city, very close to the famous Ducal Palace.

The registration fee is 300 Euros (200 euros for students and unemployed participants). 

SOCIAL EVENTS. On Thursday 18 a special dinner will be offered at the University College, 1 Km far from the city center. A music concert is scheduled for the evening of Friday 19.

Accomodation

Rooms at the International University Guest House (equivalent to a *** hotel, in the Centre of the city) are available at 30 euros per night (single room including breakfast).
In order to reserve a room at the Guest House the participants are kindly requested to send an email to laura.gardini@uniurb.it  before June 30.

Rooms at the Albergo Italia (***) and the Hotel San Domenico (****) are available at special prices for MDEF participants. In order to reserve a room please contact directly the hotels before June 30 by email:

Deadlines

All the participants are required to fill the attached registration form and send it before June  30, 2014.
Hotel booking at Guest House or Albergo Italia must be done before June 30, 2014. After this date the availability of rooms is not guaranteed.
The abstracts of max 1 page (included references) must be sent as attached WORD or PDF file at both the addresses laura.gardini@uniurb.it and gian.bischi@uniurb.it before August 15, 2014.
 
The deadline for the payment of the fee is June 30, 2014.
